Love the app. So much easier than other interfaces I've used. I love that I can do bulk labels then choose the best rate for each one.
Joovii has made shipping so much easier for our Shopify store. Before this we were using Transdirect and it always felt clunky. We had to switch between windows, manually fill in details and double handle information that was already in Shopify. It worked, but it wasn’t smooth. With Joovii, we can book shipping directly from Shopify in a few clicks. No jumping around, no re-entering data. It feels like it’s actually built for ecommerce rather than bolted on. It’s streamlined our fulfilment process and saved us hours every week.
Disapointed that sendle could not give its users more notice however have been swithed over to another provider swiftly thanks to Joovii support.
junk interface. overly complicated and difficult to use on the phone format. shipping prices are often inflated compared to fulfilling the order in the shopify orders page? does not make sense. also decides not to work every few weeks.
no way to cancel the subscription.... ridiculous
As for any Shopify app the subscription is canceled when the app is uninstalled. Please contact us directly to request a refund if you have been unaware that this is the process.
$9.95 USD a month? Nope not worth that. Sendle is making enough off of the shipments, asking to pay a monthly fee for an app to use their service in Shopify is just not right. No matter how you try to justify it.
Hi, Just to clarify we are not Sendle, we are an app developer who are not funded by Sendle and simply looking to cover our cost of providing a useful integration. Sendle's margins are not something we have any stake in i'm afraid. We would be most appreciative if you considered the app on its merits outside of what you think of Sendle. Unfortunately your feedback is detrimental and I believe unwarranted, considering the expansive features we have built and support in our app.
sendle service is very disappointing. I would not recommend it to anyone who cares about their reputation. Our first ever shipment has so far taken over 25 days to be delivered and still no one knows where it is. The customer service is not responsive and it seems the agents do not know what they are doing! I suggest to stay away and do not waste your money on Sendle.
Thank you for your review. Just to clarify, we are Joovii, an independent app developer that built an app to connect to Sendle and not Sendle itself. While we can reach out to Sendle and push them to address merchants issues, I'd ask you to reconsider your feedback and score regarding the app itself rather than mark us against Sendle's performance.
You need this app in your life. If you’re starting out - this is for you! Also, as you grow this app will make things easier and better. Can also be used for B2C and B2B. Highly recommend.
I have been using the app for 4 years and just added the Australia Post integration which works beautifully. Andrew and Bivash are really listening to the feedback they receive and are very prompt in implementing fixes / improvements. Thank you to the Team: I highly recommend this app.
This app is great. It saves me so much time. Customer service is great. Andrew helped me fix a few errors I had made with in hours of me needing help. He also took the time to step me through using the app so it can be even more effective for my needs.
I did experience some basic technical challenges Andrew from customer service was very helpful in dealing with the issue . Very happy with the shipping app which allows me compare pricing between different providers
I am very happy with the APP and especially with the support provided by Andrew, who has been great to work with. The integration with Shopify works seamlessly and I especially love the continuous tracking feedback for me and for my customers. I would highly recommend Sendle for anyone looking for quick and reliable shipping of smaller size parcels (<120cm longest dim) across all Australia and New Zealand.
Editing my 1 star review here and changing it to a 4, a lot of my initial issues were my fault not knowing where things were and with Sendle as a company (not the app itself). That said, there are still quite a few features that I'd love to see and would make this a 5 star app. A few of which are load speeds, being able to see the ordered items from the orders page and being able to switch to drop off instead of pick up within the order itself (instead of having to change the default in the settings).
Hi, It seems that your main issue was with the courier service itself, more so than the app. At Joovii we aim to provide the best app we can, but as we are not Sendle, can only escalate delivery issues to our contacts at Sendle if you raise them to us. This app does support both pickup and drop off, you can select a default option and also apply your preference at the time of booking. We are 100% ready to support any issues with the app and also escalate to Sendle any issues with their delivery service.
I am extremely grateful to have had Andrew assist me with all of my questions relating to using Sendle Shipping for my new website. There is customer service and then there is Andrew who is on a whole other level. It is difficult to receive this kind of online support at times but Sendle Shipping has been a breeze.
Excellent service. Andrew helped me out with all my shipping needs and questions. This was a confusing process for me at the start and found their team super helpful to get started.
Thank you so much to Andrew, who helped me right away to get my website back on track very easily today. He was very prompt and easily fixed my problem. I am very grateful for his easy advice and quickly organized my postage on my website. Thank you again for your work Andrew.
So far, so good! I'm also trialing another aggregator app along side Sendle as stand alone so will see how it all pans out.

the worse app, no customer service. do not waste your money. We have emailed few times for help but no response. Sendle should do something or we are moving to another provider.
We had a HORRIBLE experience with this app. Sendle's support doesn't actually support the Sendle app. If you have any issue whatsoever with the integration with Shopify, Sendle's 'support' tells you to email Joovii. We were paying for the app in Shopify, and it never worked correctly. First they tell you to go to Sendle's Dashboard outside of Shopify and initiate the Shopify integration there; we did that. We received our API data, input that into Shopify, and the app still did not work correctly. Sendle's support said we should be able to print shipping labels from Shopify, yet we could not. At that point they directed us to contact Joovii and we did so on June 4. It is now June 23 and Joovii still has not replied to our support request to fix this issue - and Sendle's support can't fix any integration problems. When we would randomly open the Sendle Dashboard outside of Shopify, orders would be there but the weights would be incorrect - one was 3x higher than what it should have been. Sendle doesn't allow any corrections to be made - it's all or nothing, so if there's an error you have to cancel it completely and MANUALLY re-enter the information. It is way to clunky, not user-friendly, and there is zero tech support. We love the idea of it but this app has a lot of work to do to actually be useable. We're sticking with PirateShip.
Hi, Apologies to hear your experience with our app was poor. Unfortunately I think the Shopify support team often confuse our app with Shopify shipping and also Sendle dashboard integration and don't always give the best advice. I've looked for a ticket but not seen one in our system, however if you email [email protected] directly I believe we can address the confusion here. You are definitely able to book from an order in Sendle and print the label. There should be no manual entry even after a canceled order. I hope that you are able to reach out directly and i'm certain we can solve the issues faced.
Honestly, don't bother using this app. Since Addition stopped their official app, we had to migrate to this. API returns $0 for some zones that are major hubs (Like some UK addresses that worked fine prior). Support don't respond to any of their channels and we have raised multiple requests that fell on deaf ears. Hopefully they read this and turn things around in future releases.
Thanks for you review. One thing that you may not be aware of is that due to COVID, Sendle removed support for larger items to the UK (over 2kg). This may be the reason you now receive $0 for those zones. We would be happy to check why you are not receiving the quoted amounts from the Sendle API as expected. As you can imagine we dont alter these, we simply pass through product weight information along with pickup/destination. Please reach out directly on [email protected] and we will take another look.
