Lolly & Pop by Toothpillow review for Joy Subscriptions App

I just downloaded this app to my store to set up a recurring subscription product and it's good! It's free, built for Shopify, and user-friendly/intuitive. The customer service is great and Sonny was super helpful and polite. There is some room for improvement: adding conditional logic for cancellation and pause rules would be nice. I would also love it if we could edit the verbiage ourselves and write custom policies without having to reach out to support. That being said, the support team is super helpful and responsive, so it's okay how it is for now.
