We had some issues with working out if a customer is logged in (on a Headless store) and the developer was in touch with me in minutes and helped to resolve the issue swiftly (even on the weekend out of hours!) Huge props to the team here, great plugin very impressed at it's capability and flexibility.

JsRates allows for building the most advanced and customizable shipping rates of any app. We were able to create precise rates shipping from multiple locations while handling complex inventory issues.
