JsRates is the only way to go. I have tried so many different apps, from cheap to very expensive, and they all have so many little shortcomings and flaws. You see, our store has very complex shipping needs. In stock, back order, made to order, drop-ship, LTL freight. You name it. And I spent years trying to find the right software but always feeling like I was putting a band aide on the problem but never solving it. This all changed with JsRates. Using JavaScript to customize the rate process is honestly the only way to go, and this software is the perfect solution to do so. Since I'm not a developer, Behailu was very helpful in getting set up and running. And then from there I have been able to use AI to modify the code as needed for further tweaks. I can now do just about anything that I want when it comes to how shipping is calculated and quoted to the customer at check-out. It's fantastic and I would recommend to anyone JsRates as a very reasonably priced solution with unlimited flexibility. I honestly don't know what I would do without it now that I have fully integrated it into our tech. stack.

JsRates is a hidden gem. We have tried and tested so many shipping apps over the years and JsRates is by far the most flexible and powerful. We use a blend of shipping carriers that have different cut off times and delivery schedules (they only deliver to a certain postcode once per week for example) and using JsRates we able to deploy shipping estimates at checkout that are accurate and dynamic. Until I discovered the app I assumed it was an unsolvable problem on shopify checkout. It takes some persistence to get it working but Behailu is extremely responsive and generous with his time and we are stoked with the result. Highly recommended.

We had some issues with working out if a customer is logged in (on a Headless store) and the developer was in touch with me in minutes and helped to resolve the issue swiftly (even on the weekend out of hours!) Huge props to the team here, great plugin very impressed at it's capability and flexibility.

Highly recommend for custom shipping price calculations. I needed extra shipping cost variables added for shipping of custom length products by the millimetre (mm) and also additional costs for shipping to different States and Territories within Australia, plus the solution would work well for worldwide shipping too. I received excellent support and setup of the app to calculate custom postage rates. Very fast responses from the developer. Very happy and very pleased customer. Thank you.

This is one of the best APPs in the app store. The team is great and they helped us write up a solution we didn't think would be possible without $$$$ of custom code. We were able to integrate with our preferred LTL carrier and save money at the same time from the two APPs we were having to use before. So a better solution for us, customized, for less money than we were at before. That is great!

The great thing with JsRates is that you can create pretty much any logic you want for your shipping calculations and make them to fit your business. We were also able to build a shipping table/preview on the storefront based on the same logic. The service was absolutely great and the developer helped us get started very fast.
