Seit Tagen haben wir massive Probleme mit dem JTL ERP-Connector für Shopify. JTL verweist auf Shopify, Shopify wiederum auf JTL – eine echte Endlosschleife. Keiner der beiden fühlt sich zuständig, obwohl wir für beide Systeme bezahlen. Besonders frustrierend: Beide Anbieter betonen stets, wie wichtig ihnen Kundenzufriedenheit und Support seien – in der Praxis erleben wir leider das Gegenteil. Wir sind nun gezwungen, nach Alternativen zu suchen. Sehr schade.

1. Man kann die App nicht bestätigen, es kommt immer zu einem 403 Fehler. Anscheinend ist Shopify technisch zu fortgeschritten für JTL. 2. Das Preismodell stammt aus dem Jahre 1960. 0,10 PRO Bestellung für eine Schnittstelle? Sorry, ohne uns.
