Judge.me Email Marketing

I've recently switched from Klaviyo to Judge.me emails. There's nothing I used in Klaviyo that's missing here. Everything works just as it should, and I can see the analytics of my campaigns after they are sent out. Beats any other email app in pricing and simplicity. Can't wait for the new features they're rolling out.

I've been using this app for a few weeks now and I love it. The templates really help you get everything you need to cover all of your communication needs of a store. It's quick and easy to get everything up and running and to personalize it to your business and branding. I find the personalization aspect is far easier to implement that some of the other apps I have used.

If I could give Judge.me Email six stars, I would. It’s exactly what I’ve been waiting for: customer communications built around a genuine, up-to-date understanding of each customer’s journey. I’m excited to see even more Shopify integrations—loyalty points, account credits, and beyond—so messaging can become even more direct, relevant, and personalised. If I can create a customer segment, I can now communicate with it meaningfully. But what stands out most is the team. They listen, involve me in the product’s evolution, and make me feel like a true partner. Rather than forcing my needs into the limits of a system, we’re working toward a platform shaped around what effective customer communication should actually look like.
