I don't know what happened to Judge.me. They always offered fast and competent service, but that has changed. I've spoken to multiple customer service representatives and have been waiting for days for them to fix an issue with their testimonials carousel, which works on desktop but not on mobile. They still haven't been able to resolve it, and their communication isn't even great. I'm giving them one more day before I cancel this (not cheap) app. UPDATE: Two more days of waiting, and I've reached my limit. It's deeply disappointing that they've failed to fix the testimonial carousel for this many days. This is truly a shame. There's an undeniable lack of competence here, and I absolutely cannot recommend this company any longer.
