Judge.me Product Reviews App

What an exceptional support team they have here at Judge.me. Their diligence and knowledge helped me when I was trying for days to figure out what to do. This was not AI but a real person responding back to me and screen sharing to make sure I received exactly what I was about for. Great Work :)

Sebastian was patient and clearly explained how the AI summary works, how to remove it without affecting my reviews, and the differences between the paid and free plans. I appreciated his support. My concern remains that the AI service sentiment doesn’t account for merchant replies or how a complaint was resolved.
