I have two separate Shopify stores and I use Judge.me for both. The app has always worked flawlessly and customer support has always been friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this review app.

Megagute Bewertungsplattform. Ich habe selten so schnell so viele echte Bewertungen mit Bildern für meinen Shop sammeln können. Die Kunden sind glücklich, ich bin glücklich ... alles wunderbar! Ich möchte das Plugin nicht mehr missen. Auch der (KI-) Support ist mega schnell und hilfsbereit.

Replaced another review app with Judge.me due to their better features and how it displays on my store. Solid choice and very helpful AI bot and a real customer service rep, Marina. Worth it!

My customers were not able to leave a review and my custom colors were not being displayed. The rep was very pleasant to assist me in getting my issues resolved in a timely manner.

Very useful app to allow customers to leave reviews - the free/basic plans allow for star ratings, customer reviews and customer pictures. Very useful to gain feedback while also allowing other customers to have reviews to back their purchase decisions. Very simple to setup and use, offers reasonable customization options on the free/basic plan and support is quick, helpful and professional! We definitely recommend this app if you wish to add a customer review system!

Five stars for the incredible support team! I had a few questions with widget install and they were extremely helpful and attentive via chat. It’s rare to find an app that offers this level of quick, human assistance. Highly recommend!
