Haven't used the app long enough yet. However, customer service is fantastic. Very supportive and responsive. Amazing!! Disappointment for the app so far: I tried uploading a review with a photo (test purpose), but if the image size exceeds 10MB, the review posts without the picture. There's no error message or alert, so it seems like the photo was uploaded when it actually wasn't. It would be helpful if the system prevented the review from being submitted if the photo doesn't meet the size requirements.

I only say 4 right now because I experienced a few glitches that theyre woeking on - so it wasnt a flawless experience, but the app is great and the customer service rep was super nice and helpful. hopefully my issue is resolved successfully

Good customer service, I have the free plan, then added awesome plan, I got less reviews after 6 months, so went back to the free option. Prompt customer service for sure!

We've only just started using the program. The support team is friendly, responds quickly, and explains the tool's capabilities well. There are also some great features, such as product grouping, convenient review management, and a beautiful, organized display of reviews. AWESOME PLAN: There are a few drawbacks - for example, the discount codes sent automatically by the system stack with other codes and discounts. It’s not possible to set up multiple variations, such as a 10% code being sent for a text review and a 15% code for a text review + photo. Only one of these options can be selected, and as mentioned, the code will stack with other active discounts.

Works well, a lot of customisation options and the customer service was EXCELLENT. I had a query and was connected with a real person within seconds, who answered all of my questions to a more than satisfactory level. Thanks guys!

The support was impeccable and helped. 1 star deduction because you cannot delete the positions of the reviews (duplicate entries) yourself and you can only do this via support.
