Works really well and has a lot of features that other review apps don't on the free level. I wish it were easier to reassign reviews when URLs change though. Additionally, adding product groups is a big cost to have to go up to $15/mo just for that. Overall though, I like it better than other review apps and support is very helpful.

Excellent support

L'application fonctionne bien. Des fonctionnalités très complètes pour les utilisateurs. Facile à administrer Seul vrai bémol : Très peu de liberté sur l'édition du html/js que le module intègre aux pages. Titres Hn qui apparaissent, blocs js lourds qui ne plaisent pas vraiment à Google... Il y a des onglets "Avancés" mais qui ne permettent absolument pas de modifier ces éléments. Oh ! Et l'Agent IA du support est un peu têtu mais il est pétri de bonne intention, laissez lui une chance il finira par comprendre.

I was having trouble importing reviews and contacted support. Ron helped me figure out where I was going wrong. I still need to practice using the app, but Ron was awesome, kind, and consistent.

The app itself is not terribly difficult to use, but also not intuitive if you are new to this type of thing. However, I just had a fantastic experience with customer service. I imported a bunch of legacy data into shopify and had to figure out how to not have those old orders receive requests for review. The customer service team was extremely helpful and it was not an intuitive fix, so i greatly needed and appreciated their assistance. I was very worried that customers would receive review requests on purchases they'd made four years ago! But thanks to the customer service desk, crisis was averted. I would give customer servcie 5 stars - just 4 for the user-friendliness of the app itself.
