Judge.me Product Reviews App
All reviews
a bit confusing to use, requires custom modification to schema to have products show hasAggregateRating in google , but customer support was easy to work with, so there's that .I wish I could do more with the free version, $15 a month is STEEP for such a service.
In der Free Variante hinsichtlich Einstellungen sehr eingeschränkt.
Got this for my wife for our anniversary this year and man, the smile on her face was a joy I can't even describe!!
One of the best review apps, also a lot of rooms for improvements, I want to put 4,5 on stars shopify app store but no options
I will update later, but so far amazing customer service. Above and beyond!
If you are syncing reviews across platforms in my case Etsy -> Shopify. Don't forget to match SKU-s. The spreadsheet method is bad idea as it might not connect the reviews to the appropriate product.
Love this app. Just wish that when an existing customer reviews on the web and not directly from the automated email to leave a review, that it automatically detects that the email and customer matches to mark it as a "verified" customer. Several customers leave reviews on our web rather than the automated email so this has happened frequently.
It does not synch with shop app and be aware of settings that allow limitations for the store owner that conflicts with the whole point of having an app within the shop that promotes business, and accuracy of reviews to build trust. I did receive help and it was difficult to navigate the error and how to make a change on a shop app review that is damaging and erroneous but with help, that went beyond the judgeme. app, I was able to learn more about how to manage settings and navigate as the store owner.
Imported reviews (that are verified on my other site) will not show as verified on my new site because they don't meet criteria according to the AI agent I had the displeasure of typing against. I would require the expensive Judge Me plan to connect the two stores to show the reviews as verified. You can literally see they are verified on the old store, but because Judge Me can't "verify the review date" or whatever then they will not show as verified on my new site. Seems like something you could fix very easily. Super considering just getting rid of this app. They reached out to help me fix a lot things I disliked. I appreciate the immediate support. I will leave this at four stars because the settings they helped me with should be readily available to users to edit themselves - or they should just be standard to begin with.
