It's easy and effective and the support team is efficient and supportive. Had to troubleshoot a couple things to have the Review Widget be available under a Collapsable Row and it is a very time consuming task to go ahead with. Otherwise, thrilled to have it part of my store. Wish I had started with it on day 1!!!

Easy to use, quick customer support. Only issue I've run into is not being able to delete a review a customer did wrong (they got the stars mixed up and thought 1 star was the best!)

2 support reps I interacted with needed re-explaining the problem multiple times before they understood. Consider assigning priority support with more experienced reps to Awesome plan subscribers. Support team lead reached out afterwards and got the devs to fix the issues I reported within a few days. This is excellent, and since the technical issues on Judge.me's side got fixed, I'm increasing my rating. Also, missing feature: search for Q&A. You can search reviews but not questions/answers.

A few little glitches on the installation. Better to contact Judge.me directly than use Shopify’s Sidekick at this point. Great service to resolve my issues.

All in all a decent app for handling reviews. Import & export works, many widget options, but sometimes I wish there was a bit more customizable elements to the look of the widgets (especially for brand sensitive companies).

商品の入れ替わりが激しい業態のため、商品レビューだけでなく「ストアレビュー」もしっかりと蓄積していける点に魅力を感じて導入しました。実際に運用してみて、特に優れていると感じる点は以下の3つです。 《高度な外部連携と拡張性》 当ストアでは「CRM PLUS on LINE」や「easyPoints」と連携させて使用しています。さらに、外部の自動化ツール（Make）と連携させてレビュー依頼を送信する仕組みも構築でき、自社の運用に合わせた柔軟なフローを実現できました。 《充実したカスタマイズ機能》 ストアの要件に合わせて、ウィジェットのデザインや機能を細かく調整することが可能です。 《的確で迅速なサポート体制》 設定で不明点が出た際も、AIチャットの回答精度が非常に高く、多くは自己解決できます。有人サポートに頼る場合も、言語の壁を感じさせない極めて的確なアドバイスをいただけるため安心感があります。 あえて星を1つ減点した理由は、圧倒的なカスタマイズ性とトレードオフになっている設定の複雑さです。多機能ゆえに、設定画面の全体像を把握するのには少し時間がかかります。 初期設定のハードルは少々ありますが、それを乗り越えれば要件を妥協することなく実装できる、非常に優秀なレビューアプリです。
