I'm still in the process of configuring Judge.me. It hasn't been as easy as I hoped based on other reviews. Once I found the Chat resource things seem to be moving in the right direction. Carlos recently helped me and he was considerably more responsive and helpful than the other reps I have dealt with. I'm not sold on the app yet, but for now I'll keep plugging away.

Early days, just installed and imported reviews from Stamped. Be aware that Stamped need to provide other data to be able to import your photos. Support is excellent at Judge Me. All is functioning well so far

The customer service was great! Since I am just starting out so far no complaints, BUT first impressions are definitely off to a great start

The app is excellent and perfectly fulfills my requirements. The customer service is exceptional, providing a pleasant experience. However, the dashboard could be more user-friendly.

Good app,a bit difficult to navigate your way through it(maybe because I just downloaded it).But customer service is good. Got helped in no time,by Hakima. Thanks

very helpful support and top app. I am a happy customer for years. But: I want the shop ratings to be visible when I am googled: When will google reviews be available? will give you the fifth star then.

I recommend it as the best review app for shopify but managing and collecting reviews and changing stuff in the settings is not great.

Haven't received reviews yet but the customer service was great. Let it be known that you need to have a business email ([email protected]) in order to create personalized emails, gmail, outlook, etc will not work. In order to see review requests you will need to access them via the app.
