The level of support and customer service for JudgeMe is off the charts! Any time I've emailed support, not only do I get the help I need, but the responses are so quick! Truly appreciate this level of trouble-shooting!

We're still testing the free version so can't comment on the overall functionality if you use all features, but can say that the AI chat support is quite good. We had a customer who's review was displayed by a different name and chat helped us tell the customer how to fix their settings. You usually can't expect any real support with a free version of anything but this was helpful. What is good to know is that you should not request reviews by sending their request link in your own emails. We wanted to sent a personal email to a handful of long time customers, copied and pasted the review request link for their purchase, and their reviews were not verified due to 'not able to connect the review to an order'. We had the order numbers and names in the system, but support told me that if the requests are not being sent via the field within the app they count as external and not verified even if it's the same link.

I've only installed Judge.me but this opportunity to leave a review was requested. Why am I not surprised. In short, it was easy to install. The app did all the work which is great. I have NO time to spare - at all. The only thing that should be changed is the final installation flow list after installation is complete. It does NOT appear to be a flow list to confirm what has been accomplished. It asks the user to check off tasks that have been done. Hell, how should I know? If it's done, tell me so. The good news is that the AI agent confirmed that everything on that list was done and there was no reason for me to review and check anything as requested. For something that was VERY easy to install, that little snafu spoils the joy. Other than that planned confusion the app was incredibly easy to install. They make it brain-dead easy.

This app is incredible and specifically the customer service was extraordinarily responsive. Yuki was absolutely outstanding. I'd been battling a really frustrating review widget issue for hours — reviews correctly imported, correctly assigned to products, but simply not displaying on product pages no matter what I tried. Yuki came in, diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it without any back and forth. Fast, knowledgeable and genuinely went above and beyond. Best support experience I've had in a long time.
