I deeply regret investing in this overpriced review platform. Not only is it absurdly expensive for what it offers, but the customer service is absolutely abysmal. Whenever there’s an issue — and believe me, there are many — all you get from their support team is the same robotic response: “We’ll look into it.” No timeline, no follow-up, and worst of all — no resolution. They constantly launch updates with new features that simply DO NOT WORK. It’s clear they don’t test anything before pushing it live. Instead, they use paying customers as guinea pigs. What’s most infuriating is the attitude. It genuinely feels like they’re doing you a favor by just acknowledging your message. There’s zero respect for the time, effort, and money we invest into generating real reviews for our businesses. As users, we deserve better than vague promises and broken tools. Avoid this app at all costs. It’s unreliable, unprofessional, and ultimately disrespectful to anyone serious about managing their online reputation.
