Overall fairly good. I jumped to the paid tier and it is working to collect since reviews. However, the medals never update correctly. Despite having 100% transparency rating, the medal often switches down to gold from platinum. Cash request it redone via chat but it's very annoying to have to do it every few reviews. The biggest issue though, is the review process. Users keep telling me they can't figure out how to leave a store review on top of the product review. The process is broken into too many steps and it confuses the user's. Also, only seems to ask for a single review per email. Would be better to have the system ask for reviews of the entire purchase in one e-mail.
