Using the free plan I recently have experienced some issues in form of design flaws with the widget provided by judge.me. I then proceeded to try fix it by myself. Apparently the company has automated a process that was helping me a lot. So while having the judge.me app opened on my shopify a pop up window showed up with real customer service clerk. I was able to communicate my issues that I was facing at that time and the support was able to manage to fix my problems (Thank you, Soufiane). It was just great customer service! All in all the app is quite distributed and well known and established and very easy to set up. Totally recommend it! Thank you!
