Couture USA review for Judge.me Product Reviews App

This is my first review on the Shopify App store, because this is the best app we've ever installed! There are 10 times more features than our former review collection tool, for a fraction of the price. I still can't believe how much we can do with Judge.me for $15 a month. The set up took a little longer because, as a luxury resale store selling pre-owned authentic items, we only collect store reviews, when the app is by default ready-to-use for product reviews. We had to tweak a couple things, but the support team was super responsive (barely any wait time to chat with a real person), always had solution for all my requests and was willing to help beyond sharing links to articles.
