The free option has everything I need as a small startup business. It's generally simple to use, however there was a minor discrepancy with the instructions with respect to my sites file name. I wasn't quite certain where to place it so I started a customer support ticket thinking they would get back to me sometime the next day. Though, I was happy to see Hoang joined the chat right away, applied the code and set it up perfectly for me right away. I was saved a lot of time.
