Ed Pulella Art review for Judge.me Product Reviews App

The app itself is great, easy to set up and use, lots of widget options, customization, etc., but I really wanted to praise their customer service. I just switched to a new theme and had an issue causing the review carousel to not display properly on mobile. I can't code, so I asked all the AI tools I could think of for a solution, they each gave me different bits of code, but in the end nothing worked. I opened a chat with their customer service, and within 10 seconds I was talking with Brian, who spent probably 20+ minutes working on the issue and adjusting things based on my requests. He eventually sorted everything out and made the widget look exactly like it used to look on my previous theme, all while being super friendly, which made it even better. Worth 10x the small monthly fee I pay for the extra features, thank you Brian! And again, the app is great, get it.
