Morton Arts review for Judge.me Product Reviews App

This is my first day using the free Judge.me app. The customer service has been fantastic! I had questions about transferring old reviews from a closed Etsy shop. The support response was quick and very thorough! I received numerous email responses and help in one afternoon! Although there are not as many special features offered on the free service, I am happy with the features that are available. It has taken me an afternoon to understand how all of the widget customizations work. Still figuring some of it out! Our website has never had reviews before, this is all new. I hope that it helps! It is not easy getting people to leave a review, only 5% of my Etsy customers left a review.
