Was having a few issues with receiving review notifications and imports. Was assisted by an AI bot initially but then a live person, Felix, jumped in quickly and worked to resolve all my issues. He even took initiative to help change the color of my stars and adjusted the reviews on my homepage to make them more seamless with my theme. He spent almost an hour with me. If this is the service I get with the free version, I can't wait to see what the service will be like with the paid version. Excellent!!
