This app has been helpful for getting reviews at the beginning of my journey. Not only can I ask a customer for a review, but I can ask someone who received a product as a gift! I have had a touch difficulty with things disappearing, but it's likely "user error". Their chat and actual help has allowed me to fix any issues with relative ease.
