Lux Lamp Shades review for Judge.me Product Reviews App

We have been using the review app for a while, but today was the first interaction with customer service. Daniel did a great job helping us get the review to the correct product. Knowing that Judge.me works hard on the customer service side is vital to us....I was also impressed that they asked us to validate that the review was placed on the wrong product.
