I am amazed at how great their customer service is. Brian sorted out my issue right away and gave me valuable information too as well as fixing the issue for me in a matter of minutes. I am really happy that I have upgraded to the Awesome plan. They deserve my custom and I see Judge Me as a valuable asset to my brand. Customer service is not just excellent but the functionality options of the upgrade to the awesome plan, that is easily affordable, well - perfect for my store. I also know that if I have any issues in the future, that staff members like Brian are on hand 24/7 (its 6am here in the UK atm) and that they will sort out my issues. Thanks again Brian. I am excited for the new functions and design elements they are testing in the Beta at the moment and hope they will be rolled out (with more font customisations) across all widgets. I will be keeping my eye out. 5 stars all round.
