(This bug has been fixed, and I'm still willing to give it a 5-star rating.) If I hadn't chosen Judge.me initially and accumulated over 2,000 reviews with it, I would have uninstalled it without a second thought. The $15/month plan is a complete waste of money. I have products that don't require review requests, but they're not working. I've had this bug for 10 days and they still haven't fixed it. I'm so disappointed in them.

The original bug affecting product exclusions has since been fully resolved, and everything is now functioning properly. During the issue, we suggested a temporary workaround using the “judgeme_excluded” tag to help manage exclusions, and we’re glad that method worked reliably in the meantime.
