What has happened? I used to be able to speak to a human if I had an issue and it would be solved easily. I've been going around in circles now with an AI chatbot for 40 minutes and no way to speak to an actual human. I'm a paying customer and to be honest, I'm over this and going to move to a new review app. It's honestly ridiculous. Judge.me used to be great, until they moved to a chatbot system.

We’re truly sorry for the experience you had and completely understand how frustrating it must have been not being able to reach a human when you needed quick help. Unfortunately, our chat platform experienced a major outage caused by an external AWS incident, which temporarily prevented our agents from seeing new messages. While the situation was outside of our control, we know that doesn’t make it any less frustrating for you. We’ve since reached out privately to apologize. We’re also reviewing our backup processes to ensure merchants can always reach a human agent, even during rare outages like this.
