I got stuck with an issue related to my Firefox browser (Judge.me admin panel won't load properly) and the agent who got my ticket was Lorenzo. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. While the issue was not completely resolved, we found a workaround in the meantime while the issue is being looked at internally. I very much appreciate being able to chat to a real person and that my issue is addressed straightaway. I would highly recommend Judge.Me.
