Our review rate has been much lower with Judge me and they don't send follow up emails if a user didn't open the first email but will if they did. Its backwards logic. I hate that I am not in control of how my customers get emails some programmer is and they always think they know best. I wish we had never used this platform.

Thank you for sharing your honest feedback, we’re truly sorry to hear this has been frustrating, and we completely understand why you’d want more control over how reminder emails are sent. At the moment, our reminder logic is designed to send follow-ups only when a customer has engaged with the initial email, to avoid repeatedly emailing recipients who may never have received or seen the message due to inbox filtering. That said, we absolutely hear your point: in many cases, a reminder to non-openers can be just as (or even more) valuable, and your reasoning is valid. We’ve already reached out to you privately and are escalating your feedback to our core product team for review. While changes to this behavior require careful evaluation, we genuinely appreciate you raising it, it helps us challenge assumptions and improve the product for all merchants.
