Since I've been using Judge.me, the support I've received has been nothing but amazing and super quick. My latest contact was regarding a formatting issue for the Reviews Widget and I couldn't resolve it. I went onto chat and initially got an AI agent which was super clever and gave me a couple of things to try but that didn't work. So at a more sociable hour, I asked for human help where Oualid has just responded in less than a minute, knew exactly what my problem was, requested a collaborator's connection to my site and has fixed it within another two minutes! Amazing support and would highly recommend this company and application!
