I’ve been using BioBoost Balance+ Protein for a few weeks now, and it’s become part of my daily routine. The cinnamon flavour is really nice warm and subtle, not overly sweet or artificial and it mixes smoothly. One thing I genuinely noticed over the weeks is that it keeps me feeling full for hours. I don’t find myself getting hungry soon after having it, which has been really helpful for managing my appetite and being more mindful with food during the day. It also feels very easy on digestion.
