Pawtastic review for Judge.me Product Reviews App

1st review was 5 stars, as this app only alows 1 rewiew red about itnext. Ron was amazing, shopify had issues and we spent 30 mins to fix it, he even stayed on his lunch break to help me, Ron is the best, please give him a bonuss! Elina 1 star- Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The chatbot was clueless and kept interrupting my questions instead of actually answering them. When I finally reached a human advisor, things didn't improve. The advisor seemed equally confused and kept sending me random screenshots asking, "Is this correct?" rather than providing clear instructions. There was also no 'button'' to send a custom test email before sending it out to all of my customers. To make matters worse, an email had apparently already been sent without me having the opportunity to review it first. The advisor couldn't even tell me when it was sent, and there was no clear timestamp. I eventually managed to find the information myself. What should have been a straightforward task turned into a frustrating, time-consuming experience. Poor user experience, inadequate support, and far too much time wasted trying to figure out basic functionality.
