Great app, very very competitive pricing. We came from Reviews.io and Yotpo and this is equal if not greater to both - Out of the 7 or so people from the support team particularly Brian has been excellent and should be the role model to others in terms of good support. You are not missing out on ANYTHING compared to Yotpo or Reviews.io for a fraction of the cost.
