We experienced some critical issues early on with syncing our Etsy shop reviews to our Shopify store. The Judge.me team jumped in quickly to help us troubleshoot the problem to our complete satisfaction. Several individuals were involved including Brian, Louis, Arkeus, and Mberek. All were very professional in guiding us through the correct mapping and widget configuration. Great customer support when we needed it the most!
We’re sorry for the frustration this caused and completely understand how critical reliable syncing is when integrating Etsy with Shopify. There was indeed an issue affecting the Etsy API connection, which has since been resolved. After fixing that, reviews began syncing again. However, we identified a separate limitation related to SKU mapping: Judge.me currently supports one-to-one SKU matching between Etsy and Shopify. When multiple Etsy listings share the same SKU, reviews can overwrite each other instead of syncing separately. We’ve worked closely with you to fully reset the integration, remove previously imported reviews, and prepare for a clean resync once SKU renumbering is complete. We’re currently awaiting your confirmation to reconnect and will actively monitor the next import to ensure it runs smoothly. We appreciate the detailed feedback, it has also helped us improve our documentation around SKU mapping limitations.
