2 support reps I interacted with needed re-explaining the problem multiple times before they understood. Consider assigning priority support with more experienced reps to Awesome plan subscribers. Support team lead reached out afterwards and got the devs to fix the issues I reported within a few days. This is excellent, and since the technical issues on Judge.me's side got fixed, I'm increasing my rating. Also, missing feature: search for Q&A. You can search reviews but not questions/answers.
