We’re sorry you’ve been having trouble seeing your customers’ reviews in the app. In most cases, reviews will only appear on the product page once the Review Widget is added to the theme through the Shopify theme editor. We shared step-by-step instructions and even a video walkthrough to make this easier, and we’re also happy to install it for you if you grant us temporary collaborator access.
