Their AI will gaslight you, but their actual customer service rep Tasmin is amazing and fixed my issue within minutes. Tasmin was professional and super helpful. That said, it took me 2 email interactions and lots of gaslighting to realize "Fin" is their AI bot. By the time I got actual help from a real person, I was very skeptical they were even real and could help. Maybe indicating somewhere that Fin is an AI would lessen tensions? No one likes being talked to in circles and quickly dismissed or feeling deceived when the rep turns out to be fake. I'm leaving 5 stars, but was almost quick to leave 1 star with the amount of gaslighting Fin was doing to me until I realized it was an AI. Not an overall pleasant customer service experience. I am thankful for Tasmin though.
