We're still testing the free version so can't comment on the overall functionality if you use all features, but can say that the AI chat support is quite good. We had a customer who's review was displayed by a different name and chat helped us tell the customer how to fix their settings. You usually can't expect any real support with a free version of anything but this was helpful. What is good to know is that you should not request reviews by sending their request link in your own emails. We wanted to sent a personal email to a handful of long time customers, copied and pasted the review request link for their purchase, and their reviews were not verified due to 'not able to connect the review to an order'. We had the order numbers and names in the system, but support told me that if the requests are not being sent via the field within the app they count as external and not verified even if it's the same link.
