Easy to set up review emails to customers, and to configure on the website. Super customer service - Kima could not have been more thorough and helpful! Referral emails - ideally it would be better to have a clearer set up of the discount codes - one section for referrer and one section for the friend, as the eligibility and requirements for both are different.
