Lennertson Shoes review for Judge.me Product Reviews App

Have set up the app but using Klaviyo for all mail sending (our domestic market has 3 official languages, Klaviyo is more suited to handle these complex routings). I ran into some issues with the review request trigger only being fired correctly for domestic orders though and failing on international ones. Judge.me's AI support stated that when Klaviyo is enabled, its own settings are bypassed, but this turned out to not be the case. Ron (human support) came on and quickly discovered a pattern in the events that I had totally missed. Suggested to disable Klaviyo, change internal judge.me settings and turn it back on, and it seems to have fixed everything! He lead me through the process step-by-step. Great support!
