BeakerGold review for Judge.me Product Reviews App

My entire experience with the app has been fantastic, but a few days ago I realized that one of my products straight up listed no reviews, despite having a couple of reviews (newer product). I did everything I could think of to fix it, all to no avail. Finally, messaged the chat today, and within hours it was fixed! Hours could have been significantly less had I been a bit more able to focus.
