Great customer service! We were having an issue with establishing the metric needed to create the Klaviyo flow. When I reached out to Judge.me via their online support, there was an issue and the customer support requested to escalate the ticket. In order to do that, we needed to create a user in our Shopify store and we weren't able to do that right away. Support held on the line for quite some time. Which I thought was exceptional. After some time, that metric appeared in Klaviyo so the issue was resolved on its own, but Support was there to help! I really appreciated the patience.
