Van was brilliant. I'd been going back and forth with the AI agent for a while on a tricky settings issue (stopping product review request emails while keeping store reviews), and it kept pointing me at settings that turned out not to be the actual cause. Van took over, found the real setting on her own in a few minutes, fixed it herself, and then sent a sample email so I could verify it was actually working rather than just telling me it was fixed. She also sorted out a second issue for us, making our homepage review widget clickable through to our reviews page. Quick, genuinely helpful, and she checked her own work before handing it back. Exactly what good support should look like! Highly recommend
