rightchoiceautoparts review for Judge.me Product Reviews App
Judge.me syncs our Google Business Profile reviews into Shopify, which was the main reason we installed it. We had 27 five-star Google reviews that customers on our site couldn't see. Ran into a snag where the reviews synced correctly and showed as published in the dashboard, but our Testimonials Carousel header was still counting only our 2 on-site product reviews instead of all 29. Settings all looked right on our end, so we reached out. The AI assistant confirmed what we'd already worked out but couldn't move it forward. Once a human joined, it was sorted quickly, they understood the problem immediately and fixed it without making us reconfigure anything. That's the part worth calling out. Plenty of apps have support that just links you to a help doc. Judge.me's team actually diagnosed it and resolved it. We sell used OEM auto parts, mostly one-off salvage pieces at $200–700. Customers are spending real money with a store they've never bought from before, so visible reviews aren't a nice-to-have, they're the difference between a sale and a bounce. Getting our Google reviews onto our product pages matters more to us than almost anything else on the site. Recommended.
