Lotus Art Gifts review for Judge.me Product Reviews App

5 stars are specifically about Abraão from support, not the app!!! Unfortunately, I can't leave a separate review for the app itself, which I'm having trouble with. The problem – I had 1,822 reviews imported from my Etsy shop to the site. I then imported a CSV file with 38 new reviews from Etsy. Before the import, I had 1,822 reviews, but now I see 1,642. That means 218 reviews are missing. They just disappeared as if they had never been in my Shopify store. Unfortunately, there's no hope of fixing it. Those reviews are just gone. The support guy spent a lot of time on it, but he couldn't find them – it's as if they were never there in the first place. Support tried to help, but the app has its own mind and does whatever it wants. That has been my experience with this app so far. Abraão was very patient and kind throughout our conversation. He genuinely wanted to help and did his best to investigate the issue. Great experience with the support from Abraão!
