The app works well. Might be a little expensive for smaller business, but who can afford to ignore reviews... The support makes it worth it tho. Binh and Abraão to name only them gave us an incredible assistance — Fast & efficient. Binh particularly, who jumped ahead of the AI Agent, and came in the chat proactively with knowledge and solutions. Great job Binh, this is what customer service and tech support should be.
