Brian on the customer service team is absolutely incredible! I’m brand new to this app and had a TON of questions, and he was so kind, patient, and thorough in answering every single one. Genuinely some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! After losing years worth of customer reviews on another app, I was a little overwhelmed with starting over, but Brian made the entire experience so much easier. Now I’m even more excited to continue learning my way around the app and collecting reviews for my shop. So grateful for his help!
