Verdict: If you rely on channels beyond email for collecting real customer reviews, Judge.me is no longer the right solution. We are extremely disappointed with Judge.me’s recent decision to stop verifying imported reviews. Our primary review sources are WhatsApp, which help us collect far more authentic customer feedback than email alone. By only allowing email verification, Judge.me has made verified reviews almost useless for us. From a customer’s perspective, reviews without proper verification risk looking fake, which directly hurts brand credibility. This completely defeats the purpose of using Judge.me in the first place, the platform was supposed to help us build trust through verified reviews, not take that away. We’ve already started exploring alternative platforms that actually support multiple review sources with proper verification. Unless Judge.me reconsiders this decision or introduces whatsapp verification, we will unsubscribe very soon.
