We’ve just started using Jump, and so far the experience has been fantastic. Luiggi has been incredibly supportive — quick to respond, proactive, and genuinely helpful. The app itself is intuitive and easy to navigate, making setup a breeze. One standout feature for us has been the way Jump handles discount generation — it’s streamlined our system and kept our discount board clean and organized. We’re excited to see the results roll in, especially with our affiliates eager to move over from our old platform.

Jump has completely transformed how we manage our affiliates and influencers! The setup was simple, the interface is intuitive, and the support team—especially Luiggi—is second to none. They genuinely care about helping brands succeed and are constantly improving the platform based on feedback. Our affiliate engagement and conversions have both skyrocketed since switching to Jump.

I wish I could give this app 6 stars!! Luiggi is amazing to work with & this is THE ONLY affordable option for small businesses / start-ups looking to streamline influencer management. Anything they don't seem to have yet, they are in the process of rolling out and are super open to ideas for bettering the app & experience. I have had a sales call with quite literally every company out there and finally found Jump and I am so thankful!!

Just getting started with the JUMP software and had a call with Luiggi. He was very helpful in helping me understand the software and the features. It was clear to see he and his team are very knowledgeable with affiliate programs and they are available to support store owners when needed. There is also helpful tutorial video's inside the app and blog posts on their website as well that have helped with my understanding. I'm looking forward to getting going and feel confident I will have the support if/when needed.
