The app is well built and functions much better than other mainstream apps. Their service is also stellar too, taking care of issues and even helping with styling questions.

Never too late to get started with Junip! Whether it's to import old reviews, from another site or manually, or followup with customers for reviews, Junip offers a very intuitive way to do this important work

you're paying for the response time, great product, excellent back end, well coded machine that does only good things for your store. Don't sleep on what reviews can do for you on Shopify OFF of shopify with integrations with google store and meta.
