Excellent app on par with if not better than higher-priced alternatives, the product is intuitive to use and robust enough to scale with. Their team is also stellar. Small, focused, and attentive, they made the migration process easy. When a unique bug came up that hit our account specifically, the team proactively alerted and were on a call with us within 10 minutes to help troubleshoot. Just getting started, but we're excited to partner with Junip long into the future.

Perfect customer support - fast, dedicated. The app so far looks easy to use, with a lot of functionality and with a lot in free version. So far - highly recommend!

It has been great using Junip for reviews. I was able to export prior reviews we had without issue, as well as get new reviews from customers. I had to use some CSS to change a background color to match our store but Leah was so incredibly helpful in doing that. They have excellent customer service and are a great product overall. I love the clean look, it totally matches our branding. And makes life easier for me! I'd definitely recommend them.
