Always been my preferred review app. Doesn't have the issues that most other apps have. Very very easy to customize and has the nicest UI I've seen for both admin and storefront. Great support as well!!!!

I'm liking Junip more and more. Been using over a year, no issues and the updates have been helpful. It's like having an assistant. The emails sent to customer that purchased from my store are always sent in a timely fashion, which I love the fact its hands off and dine for me. Junip is definitely worth it.

Junip was very simple to set up, and the pricing is very fair. Malvina has been awesome to work with.

Ease of use is great, love that. Very simple, however, and you can't customize the emails to include links or offer non-product incentives (like free downloads) to users. There are ways to bypass this, such as going through Shopify Flow, but it's not intuitive or straightforward. I wish there were more features or customizations available, but these don't seem to be available, even on higher paid plans.

App functions and looks great. Easy to setup and use. Customer service is top notch. I needed help with something and within a few minutes I was on a call with Junip. Would def recommend this app.
