I love this app it was so very easy to set up. I dont do well with things like this so im truly greatful for such an amazing app. I really am enjoying the junip app.

We recently moved over to Junip. As someone on a very small team and not really knowing what I was doing, the entire Junip team has helped from the very start ( Marcus )to a few months in ( Leah )they are there quickly to help you figure out, well the things you may stumble along the way sometimes! Highly recommend switching for great service as well as saving money!

Junip has been such a great app for collecting and displaying customer reviews on my Shopify store. It’s easy to use, beautifully designed, and helps build trust with my customers. But what really stands out is the customer service- especially from Marcus. He’s gone above and beyond, offering detailed feedback and suggestions to help improve my website beyond just the app setup. That kind of genuine support is rare and so appreciated. If you’re looking for a review app that not only works perfectly but also comes with exceptional support, I can’t recommend Junip enough!

I'm really happy I chose Junip for my store. I had a few questions during the migration from Loox, and Leah was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Easy to use and understand, lots of customization. Great customer service.
