We've had a great onboarding experience with Junip! Leah has been extremely responsive and helpful, including redoing our imports a couple of times due to technical issues from our previous partner. Highly recommend - one of the easier tech transitions I've done in my career.

Junip is really user friendly and syncs to our shopify seamelessly. We've been happy with this app so far and our customers find it really easy to leave a review. We've run into a few technical issues and Leah has been so helpful and responds promptly and was able to fix our issue in a very timely manner.

Junip has been a great alternative to YotPo reviews! Malvina was so helpful during the setup and even gave great tips and recommendations along the way. Onboarding and implementation was super easy! I would definitely recommend this app to anyone that is looking for a good app for reviews. A very cool feature is the group reviews which allows you to add single product reviews to your bundles if you offer bundles and don’t have reviews for the bundles themselves.

*Edit* Junip listens when you have concerns. This was changed, and now customers don't need to confirm that they want to leave their reviews. We now have the option to change that in our admin settings. I would recommend, but I do not like that a customer has a 2 step process to leave a review. I do not believe they should have to go back to their email to confirm that they want to leave a review - otherwise, the review will not display on your website. Problems exist like them not being notified by their email provider, not wanting to think about it after submitting, or simply not receiving the email fast enough (most likely due to strength of internet). It limits the amount of reviews that you can have. If it's to possibly weed out illegitimate reviews, I'm sure there's another fix for that.

Our review verification process only applies to reviews submitted manually and is there to protect you against any bad actors. Since the majority of reviews are not submitted manually, I've just followed up with you via email to provide some more clarification about the review submission process :)

I'm just beginning with this app and so I can't speak to all of the features and functionality just yet but the immediate support by chat is amazing. Leah of customer support was incredibly responsive and detailed.
