I was easily able to install. It match perfectly with my site. I am going live this weekend so I'll be able to determine how well it works once the reviews start rolling in. I'll update soon.

Best Shopify app experience I've ever had. From installation, to importing our 3,000+ reviews from Okendo, to customizing the way the reviews displayed on our site, the experience was seamless. Customer support is incredibly responsive, helped me get my reviews up and running in under an hour, and made small CSS tweaks to get things looking perfect. Functionality is the best I have experienced so far, especially the super easy option to group products together and share reviews across items. I've tried the other big apps out there and Yotpo and Okendo pale in comparison.

Forget the others, Junip is the review app you have been looking for. It has all the functionality you will need and its easy to learn because it looks like like shopify. Also, the best part is, unlike other review companies you wont have to take a second mortgage your house to afford it!

We are still in the phase of collecting reviews so haven't published this on our site yet. But so far everything has been very straightforward and it's been powerful / flexible enough for our business needs. More importantly, the customer support team is SUPER responsive and helpful - especially as we're using Klaviyo to set up our product review flow.

Junip has FANTASTIC customer service! They were so helpful and quick to respond, which made set up quick and easy. It's pretty user friendly to navigate too, we're excited to have made the switch to Junip from a different review collection site.
